Our goal was to modernize the classic beach house, allowing the homeowners to host large groups while providing a diverse range of exclusive gathering spots.

The comprehensive renovation of the primary residence centered on creating a central family-style dining space, anchored by a stunning Lindsey Adelman chandelier, designed for entertaining. This level also features a tranquil, private first-level primary suite and a classic screened porch for enjoying the ocean breeze.

Accommodations were optimized for guests, featuring two dedicated bunk rooms, each containing four queen-sized beds with en-suite bathrooms.

The property was expanded with new outdoor and structural destinations. An ocean-view bar and an elaborate outdoor kitchen and patio form the core of the al fresco entertaining area. Finally, a new private outbuilding was commissioned to serve as a secluded, executive home office, providing a quiet retreat for the homeowner. The result is the perfect luxury-style haven to unwind, recreate, and host.
