Inspired by their coastal locale, our clients enlisted KDG to transform their Nauset Beach vacation home into a serene escape for their extended family. To celebrate their seaside spot, the design focused on infusing a playful yet elevated sensibility throughout the home. 

The design work involved a light renovation of the interiors, which included new custom millwork, a partial bath renovation and refinishing of the floors. A neutral palette with accents of soft blues acts as a backdrop to shift your focus to the cove views, while textures like grasscloth and wicker add dimension throughout the house.The result is a vacation home that feels at home in its surroundings and provides a cozy yet casual setting for this family’s summers.
